Low Income Rental Application

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING AND YOU MUST INCOME QUALIFY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN INCOME, THEN YOU DO NOT QUALIFY.

IF YOU HAVE *TOO MUCH* INCOME, YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY. 


TO QUALIFY YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING INCOME REQUIREMENTS (2024 Guidelines Listed Below):

  • A FAMILY OF 1 CANNOT MAKE OVER $32,150.00 PER YEAR
  • A FAMILY OF 2 CANNOT MAKE OVER $36,750.00 PER YEAR
  • A FAMILY OF 3 CANNOT MAKE OVER $41,350.00 PER YEAR


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

A. Credit score of 550 + for all applicants

B. Current positive landlord reference

C. Current employment or income verification from SS or other source

D. Income of twice the rent

E. NO prior evictions or FED judgments

QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE HAVE ALSO RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FORMS SUBMITTED DIRECTLY FROM BY YOUR EMPLOYER AND YOUR CURRENT/PREVIOUS LANDLORD(S):

  • Please print and complete this application.   
  • The completed application can be delivered to 310 N Center between Units 5 & 6 and deposited into the dropbox on the right-hand side of the door, or, can be emailed to marshproperties82@gmail.com. 
  • If your income is not from a source other than employment, then a current copy of your income documentation or award letter must be attached. 
  • For employment and landlord verification, the forms must be signed first by the applicant authorizing release the information.
  • The employment and landlord verification forms must be received directly from the employer or landlord, not from the applicant.
