Q.  Who establishes the guidelines as to what qualifies as "Low Income"?
A.  The department of Housing and Urban Development publishes these guidelines annually.

Q.  In which program does Marsh Properties participate? 
A.  Our low-income housing is part of the HOME program, underwritten by the Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA).  According to their website, WCDA currently administers two major affordable rental housing development programs, the Low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).  These two federal programs have funded more than 4,500 units of affordable rental housing across the state.
 
Q.  How much can my family make annually and still qualify for Low-Income Housing through your program?
A.   We follow the "Very Low Income" line of the HUD published guidelines for Casper, WY (Current for 2014; when 2015 numbers are available to us, this link will be updated).  The guidelines are also posted on the WCDA Website under "Multi-Family", then HOMEIncome and Rent Limits.
