If your income is from a source other than employment, then a current copy of your income documentation or award letter must be attached.
Foremployment and landlord verification, the forms must be signed first by the applicant authorizing release the information.
The employment and landlord verification forms must be received directly from the employer or landlord, not from the applicant.
